A Lot About Me...
I sit at the intersection of product design, service design, research and strategy with a deep passion for designing products/services that work better for people and the planet.
With a degree in MA Design for Social innovation and Sustainable Futures from University of the Arts London and over 5 years of experience across diverse sectors, countries, and company sizes, I recently contributed to shaping the product of a startup through close cross-functional collaboration. By applying systems thinking, I helped scale the product and navigate its complexities.
My key strength lies in zooming in and out of problems, seeing both the big picture and the details, while helping teams realign their goals and focus on the broader problem space. I believe in applying design holistically, recognising the interconnectedness of systems rather than solving issues in isolation.
I'm also passionate about connection, building teams and communities, as I believe that when the right people, expertise and passions come together, amazing things happen.
When I am not designing, I enjoy illustrating, mentoring, spending time in nature, creating gifts for loved ones and finding little ways to bring positivity and joy into everyday life.
I am actively seeking opportunities where I can contribute my skills and experience to innovative projects. If you're looking for someone dedicated to crafting exceptional user experiences and driving positive change, let’s connect!

Chief Product Owner at Tradeteq
Having worked with Binoli for close to 3 years I've seen how she is able to take a systems-thinking approach to a complex problem domain, grasp subject matters that are out of her wheel-house and craft memorable, delightful and impactful user experiences.
I consider Binoli to be a "culture-catalyst" as time-and-time again I've watched as she influences a positive and welcoming culture within her teams by fostering close collaboration through openness and dedication; more than that though, is her ability to transform culture by speaking honestly with senior management and championing the views of those that aren't confident in bringing about change."
Emma Kim
Senior Product Manager at Stealth
"Binoli is a great designer, colleague and person altogether. It was a pleasure to have worked with her just over 2 years on various products and features, where she demonstrated her ability to ask relevant and critical questions, empathise with the customers and work in the most collaborative manner with the team and other stakeholders.
I highly recommend Binoli to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, collaborative and thoughtful UX designer!"
Emily Brooke
Director of Innovation at Care City
"Working with Binoli has been such an enormous pleasure. We’re working to design a new approach to helping people build new relationships when they’re feeling isolated. It’s a complicated piece of work with lots of partners. Binoli has supported our design phase, developing tools to help partners see challenges through different perspective, and illustrating stories that have helped us bring our residents’ experiences to life.
She’s worked incredibly hard, made a real difference with her design skills, been constantly helpful and proactive, and been a brilliant part of our lovely team. I would definitely work with her again!"
Aishwarya Kshirsagar

"I have had the pleasure of working and being mentored by Binoli. While working together, she provided me with valuable insights, pushed me to expand my skills and ensured that she made time to offer support and advice whenever she could. I always felt like my opinions and thoughts were valued while working with her.
During my time working with her, I have been particularly impressed with her can-do attitude, her UX knowledge and skills and her ability to juggle multiple projects and teams. Binoli is proactive, innovative and a great collaborator. She would be an amazing asset to any design team."

She is always willing to learn more and develop her skills. in other areas. She is also just a lovely person to have around; very cheerful and empathetic."
